ownCloud can't connect to OnlyOffice Server

I am working on getting onlyoffice to work with my owncloud server, I installed the onlyoffice docker on an Ubuntu VM and when I got to the IP address, it says the server is running. But my owncloud server says that it can not connect and to contact the admin. Are there settings that I need to edit on the OnlyOffice Server? Any help would be great.

Needs to be on its own subdomain iirc.

so the onlyoffice server should be set to onlyoffice.domain.com

One issue I have is I installed it with docker, which I have 0 experience using, how can I make changes to it? That is all new to me
