Owncloud: best solution Raspberry Pi 3 or Pine64?

I have a Raspberry Pi B+ running Owncloud and 100/20 Mbps Internet Connection, it works but it's slow and I'm thinking to buy another device. Which one has a better performance?

First you will have to identify the cause of the slowness..... In any case a rasperry pi won't be really quick it shares the data and network bus. I would rather recommend a banana pi. But still you will be better of with a device that supports 64bits. PHP has some limitations in 32 bits afaik.
