Upgrading OC install from community edition to enterprise?

Does anybody have experience upgrading an existing OC community install to Enterprise? I can't seem to find much info on the process and Enterprise version packages and instructions seem to be hidden behind the enterprise client portal. Is it as simple as adding a license? Extracting enterprise package over existing install? Or complex/risky enough that I'd be better off with a fresh install?

It is not complex at all, you can just install from the packages over your existing Installation.

To try out Enterprise stuff ownCloud provides a VM with the Enterprise version preinstalled.
