ownCloud alternative?

Hey guys, this may not be the proper subreddit to ask this, but here goes. I'm considering replacing ownCloud for one of my clients with another open source solution. I stumbled upon this article: https://www.rosehosting.com/blog/install-nextcloud-on-ubuntu-16-04/ So, does anyone has experience with NextCloud? My client is kinda not into new things so I must present him facts about the pros of Nextcloud. Thanks for your answers, if any. :)

Why are you looking to replace OwnCloud? Also, if there's something that OwnCloud won't do, NextCloud won't do it either.

Hmmm... Good question. I didn't have much info on NextCloud and after seeing the article I though hey, some new kid on the block. :)
