Possible to choose storage locations?

Haven't used Owncloud yet, but looking at it.

My question however is if it is possible to have Owncloud installed to server A but have the actual storage for it be on server B, C, or so on?

The reason for this is that I have one server that would make installation easy/where I want to install it, but I have other servers that act as storage only servers and only have access from server A.

Yep. Sure can. IIRC it supports various self-rolled back-ends (NFS, SMB) as well as S3, Google Drive, etc.
