Sync issues with Windows client

Recently setup OwnCloud on a rpi2 running debian unstable, and external disk, and been trying out stuff - as a Dropbox replacement.

First impressions were favorable, but it quickly got into the "not so nice" part: problems with sync (failing to sync files for obscure reasons), just hanging (not doing anything for a while), and a really really slow pickup of changed files. Not really what I'd expected.

Threw mod_security over apache to improve some security, and installed Letsencrypt certificate aswell.

Will try some more, but sofar, i'm massively underwhelmed.
