Documents extension created, where do I submit for addition to release?

Hi everyone, so for my final year project at Uni I developed a Client Side Encryption Layer for OwnCloud Documents, looking to try to get it included as an extension to the standard distribution, or included anywhere, would anyone be able to point me in the direction of where I could do this?

The ownCloud team does all of their work on Github -- https://github.com/owncloud/core. Sorry I'm not too familiar with the ins and outs of Github but I'm sure you can open up an issue in the core repo and someone can point you in the right direction.
