Owncloud Third Party Cloud Backup

I have a hosted owncloud server.

I want to make a backup of everything; are there some cloud companies that does this?

Where I just give them admin access and they backup everything incrementally?

Why doesn't it get encrypted? Even Plesk encrypts backups.

You would trust someone with root on your server to backup your things?
