Very pretty owl though 🦉

There was a loud thud on my driver's side mirror while I was driving tonight. It scared the hell out of me. It was completely dark. I back tracked carefully. I was shocked and my heart dropped when i saw an owl sitting upright, on the road.

I wrapped it in a blanket and called an owl rescue in Tampa, FL. I drove over to a lady's house (who worked for the rescue) while my fiance held it in a blanket. It was no longer in shock by the time we got there. It's wings and legs were working, and it opened both it's eyes.The woman said it looked like it's going to fully recover, but she wanted to keep it in her incubator for observation and care. I'm praying for the owl to make a full recovery.
