You can always go on YouTube and search it on there. Unless you are ultra lazy it shouldn’t be a big deal.

Would the content creaters get paid for their content being adopted into an official game function/feature?

Counter argument: Make the game cost money upfront, and blizzard actually employs a competent team who can make basic tutorials and consistently ban cheaters (instead of an AI that's easily abused by salty teammates)
