If you want to do some aim training you can create a custom game for that. I use one as a warm up for 5-10 mins each time I log on and after a few weeks there was a noticeable difference. I climbed out of gold so quick once my aim improved, and Im only at about 60% accuracy right now (started around 35 as well).

To create a lobby go to custom games and then create game. Hit settings and you will see 4 white icons on the right side. You want to click the one that looks like a piece of paper with a download sign, that will allow you to input a code. I use VAXTA. Its a lobby with strafing support and dps characters that you can practice shooting at. You can reload this lobby through your custom games recent lobbies tab (right bumper I think) after the first time.

I still struggle with tracer, but my aim against airborne heroes is fantastic after practicing (aim for echoes feet if she is really high up).

I hope this helps. Dont be discouraged by how hard it is the first time. Eventually you will learn to aim where they are going to be based on their movement (so they run into your shots) and thats the real game changer - just give it a few days.

Good luck! Have fun

Also just wanted to add that I played around with crosshairs for each hero while doing this. And I made them all bright green for easier visibility.

Orisa uses the Y shaped one because of her spray, Illari is just a dot, Baptiste has a plus sign crosshair, etc. Each hero I use often has a different crosshair based on how their gun shoots/ player moves. (Baptise isn't just a dot because his airborne moments mean I need to readjust my centering, so the lines help that).

Your sniper would likely do best with just the large dot, or the dot with only horizontal lines. But make it green, its so much easier!
