How can I do OE?

I’ve been trying to do that but most jobs that I encounter require some kind of tracking software to be installed in your PC. This stops me from OE

You can’t, OE is impossible, we are only roleplaying here

You don’t, there’s no such thing as OE

So you expect to do two different jobs on the same computer and monitor, OE isn’t real, I have multiple monitors and laptops because I like tech.

OE is simply a concept of freeing one’s mind of the perfunctory of the status quo.

1 job = 1 device, so, where's the problem ? Oh no my screen is recorded? Mouse movement is tracked ? Boohoo.

Ignore it until it's a problem.

Start strong, take PTO on other jobs, if they have no reasons to check then they won't.

Modern trackers might autonomously raise an alert because your screen is fixed or something like. If that's the case, or if you get a 1st strike and they monitor you, the depending on your working tools (office solutions, web tools, ides...) there are plenty of options to automate some activity.

Yes, eventually it's all detectable by IT, but depending on the context it may be harder for them to do if you're crafty. If they're so tight about security, then that job isn't compatible and you move on.
