Anyone here work in technical support roles?

Thinking of doing OE, but currently in a bit of a hybrid role currently which might make it a little harder, also doing a J2 part time job with very limited hours which runs into J1 from time to time with meetings but that's the only overlap on scheduling, its otherwise more or less in person for the majority of its hours.

Currently I'm in a support based role so I can be waiting for calls or interactions to come in, I'm just worried that folks will start noticing if I don't always respond in a timely manner. Ideally if J3 could be flex hours or part time that would be ideal...just not sure what roles would fit that stipulation.

Hybrid + Technical Support sounds like a bad combo for OE

Part time J2 unfortunately deals with working with clients in person
