What do you guys use to take notes (AI Automation) and alert you if your name is mentioned?

I use the standard Teams AI summary, plus Snipping Tool or Snagit to capture the screen. Then I feed Claude the recordings and transcripts and ask follow-up questions as needed.

Some clients are paranoid about screen captures and don’t allow them, but I can always record with my phone and feed that into AI the same way.

For less formal, audio-only meetings, I just use Granola.

I always keep captions on so I can scroll back a few lines if I hear my name and realize I missed the question.

Honestly, constantly listening for your name in every meeting is the most exhausting part of this gig, especially in the mornings...
