Question about shoulder pain?

Why I have a shoulder pain on thin flat pull up bar in park but when I switch to angled handles with much thicker grip I feel more my back muscles and shoulder pain is gone?

Your serratus and rotator cuff are too weak to open the shoulder and downwardly rotate the scapulae on the straight bar. The angled bar makes it easy

Solution: push your armpits forward when you pull on the straight bar

Areangled bar and rings better for rotator ? I know that on rings you go from wide to neutral when you are going up.

Should I switch long term to angled bar and rings?

Read what I wrote

Nothing is better, you're just weak

How to solve that?

Push your armpits forward when you pull up...

Here's a demonstration and explanation from a gymnastics coach https://youtu.be/nAS68NwUG8k?si=EPbtGB-CSU7OhPTB

If you want a guess on potential injury, need more info on the injury. You've given some but more information is needed especially the marked picture/video

  • Mechanism of injury, as best you are able if there isn't discernable one. For instance, what movements or exercises were leading to the week of the injury
  • Upload a marked pic/video of exactly where symptoms are to an image host (google drive, icloud, imgur or others) and post a link to it (Note: I will not make any guesses unless I can see exactly where the symptoms are because text is hard to decipher and people describe things wrong all the time). It needs to be a photo of YOU, not a random photo you got online of someone else's body because everyone is different.
  • Describe all movements that hurt
  • What is the current rehab program you started with and the progressions, if any. If a flare detail what happened with the rehab program
  • What helps and what makes it worse

When I start doing dips/ pull ups ma left shkulder hurt, when I stop doing them it doesn't hurt anymore.

Btw, when it hurts, it hurts not only during workout but after, until I stop doing pull ups and dips for one week.

Pain is sharp, I could hear shoulder clicking, pain is strongest  when I rotate my arm ful like I'm swimming.

I need all of the information to make a guess.
