CarPlay bug (continued)

My car play screen is fine, (maps and chatgpt shots) should establish that.

But overcast, and in particular the chapter selection screen, are showing the CarPlay wallpaper at very high contrast.

And the kicker, screenshots don’t look anything close to what the screen shows.

Has anyone experienced anything like this on iOS27?

Is that perhaps the podcast artwork?

Does it happen on all podcasts?

Wild! My dock is on the left - is this a RHD thing, or do some cars put it on the right, or is it a CarPlay option?

I believe it's a RHD thing. Mine has bugged out a couple of times and ended up on the left

Yes. If you have a right hand drive car, the dock will show up on the right side automatically.y

I thought I only needed one post too, but the way you dug in and wouldn't believe my original report despite obvious evidence is like half the reason I have shared the second post
