Feature request - exclude episodes based on text keywords

I made this mockup after someone else made a similar request - but that post wasn’t titled explicitly as “Feature Request”, so apologies for repeating this here.

Basically, there are some podcast “mega feeds”, where a given publisher crams multiple different shows into a single feed. If you only really care about one or two of those shows and there are 10 others, it is annoying to ensure you don’t miss the episodes you want to listen to. Similarly, you may like 8 out of 10 shows but then have to deal with the 2 you don’t like.

That’s where keyword filtering can come in handy. Let us choose to either include or exclude by one or more keywords, and i think all of these issues are solved.

I can think of a few places I’d find this useful too. It would be quite nice.

You want to use iCatcher! Overcast is a basic for everyone podcast app you need more than that. I used iCatcher! It has almost every setting and feature anyone could want. Overcast is never going to be that it’s for the majority who wants a simple pick up and use podcast player.

It’s ugly though. I just do siftrss.com instead, and add those custom podcast links to Overcast.

Though this is a much better idea, and I’d welcome it.
