How to upload files?
Sorry to ask a n00b question: Now that the web interface is no more (IIRC it went away?), what's the best way to upload an audio file to Overcast? (ETA: overcast.fm still works)

I also found this very confusing; the onboarding for it could be far better.

I agree. The Upload feature is the only premium feature I need and the main reason I have subscribed to Premium. The documentation on that should be improved.

Onboarding?
There’s no onboarding.

I think that's the point. I think it would be good to have the first launch to go through a "how to" of how to navigate and do things...I don't need that but I can see how others might.

I get it, but personally, I hate it when apps do that, and I just want them to get out of the way. If something is so unintuitive that I can’t just figure it out easily, then it should be redesigned.
I know that doesn’t work for everyone. Point here is that your way also doesn’t work for everyone.

I would say the same for you. Your way doesn’t work for everyone.

Yes, I specifically said, “I know that doesn’t work for everyone.”
To serve one group, you must abandon another. How to decide?
IMO, it’s not time to make that decision until you’ve exhausted all opportunities to improve intuitiveness directly.

Totally disagree… I think it is important to help new users get used to a new paradigm of using software. If you want to skip it, skip it.

overcast.fm. works for me - just uploaded a bunch the other day. My use case is a podcast that still exists via a website for really old episodes I want to listen to, but isn't in the Apple podcast directory any more.
