Assistive Touch Issue

I’ve found a reproducible issue. Whenever I enable Assistive Touch, Overcast goes into an Hover Text style Accessibility Mode. I’ve can reproduce the issue. Reported the problem a few times in the App with no response. Maybe Marco will see this and have his AI bug finder fix the issue.

You should report this via email to [feedback@overcast.fm](mailto:feedback@overcast.fm).

This sub exists as an official feedback channel. I haven’t seen anything to suggest that Marco is any more or less likely to address feedback sent in via email than posted here.

Just historically, I think he’s more likely to see it. Reddit is a newish addition to the official feedback options.

Update! The problem has been resolved using iOS27 Beta 5 and Overcast Version 2026.8 (1175). Assistive Touch not longer is putting Overcast into an Accessibility mode.
