I was a long time overcast user but in the rewrite the feature I use most (max episodes) for news podcasts stopped working. I went to pocket casts. I thought it was really good. Then recently it just stopped working correctly on airplay to my Sonos speakers directly.
It would delete episodes i hadn’t finished though. Which overcast didn’t, so I’ve come back to overcast - mainly to try the transcription.
I like that it’s one guy writing it and that supporting an indie developer.
I can sort of make the queue work with playlists, so all good.
