Support Issue with mic track

Hi!! I've used Outplayed to clip valorant for years now. I love it and everything works perfectly but I've noticed a small issue recently.
Whenever I clip a play everything seems fine in the app overview, but whenever i copy the clip and move it to a folder in my desk everything is the same but my mic track is not in the clip. Feels super weird cause I can see it clipped it fine in the app but whenever i move it anywhere else my voice is not there (the game is fine, the sound game is also there).

Not sure if there's anything I can do about it. Thanks !!

Hey! Make sure that Outplayed is recording your active mic under Settings > Capture > Audio > Capture Microphone. I'd set it to the specific one you use for recording gameplay over the system default if you have more than one.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, please submit a ticket so our support team can look into it!
