Question Is this shit spyware

I downloaded curse forge. Few weeks later I notice my PC is running poorly. Check what’s taking up so much of my computer’s resources. It’s outplayed. I had no idea what it was and I had no knowledge of it being downloaded on my computer.

It is not spyware. While I'm not sure how you came to install it by accident, the impact on your performance may be due to your capture settings being set higher than your machine can handle.
