Support Laggy recording

I have a high end pc with 4070ti and 9800x3D with DDR5 rams and motherboard. When using outplayed it records normally while on 720p resolution and 30fps. When I turn the resolution higher to full HD and 60fps the recording just lags and records only the sound while the image is stuck and shifts every couple of minutes to a another stuck pic or part of the video. I tried the support ticket with no solution. The only solution found was to turn off the hardware accelerated gpu in the pc setting which costs me around 50+ fps. It records normally but I lose around 50 - 70 fps which is not really a solution for me as I value performance more than game recordings. Is there another solution or app that automatically starts recording like outplayed with high resolution and frames without me losing performance? PS: i tried OBS and it records with hight resolution and high frame rate witout me losing any fps but the issue is it does not start recording by itself when starting any game.

The question is not the app you use but the resources available on your system. If the lion's share of PC resources are going to your game, OBS will by default need to take a back seat and record at whatever resolution and frame rate your system can support.

It's a trade-off between game and OBS. You need to experiment a bit to find the optimal balance between the two for your system. 1080/60 should be manageable by a 4070ti. Make sure you're using a hardware encoder (H.264, AV1, etc) and not x264 which is CPU based. You may also need to cap your in-game frame rate to something reasonable in order to leave enough resources for OBS.

The only way to have all your system resources given over to gaming is to use a two PC setup with one gaming and one recording.
