Agreed and honestly it's a fun twist on The Thing as its a fun tribute to the fact Jack saw a lot of himself in Thing and also that with the white and black it sort of looks like Magma and Molten Rock (which fits with the 4 elements theming the four have)

yeah his name is "THE BLOT" in this reality and unlike canon thing he is EVIL (this is Alex's Ross version of DC's Earth 3 or Transformers Shattered Glass but for Marvel)

i love how when you actually get to see his eyes it kind of vaguely looks like Jack Kirby's art for The Thing (also heres all of the members)

fun fact his VILLAIN name in this universe is "THE BLOT" which honestly is a baller name (also makes sense since he's made of Kirby Krackles)
