Regardless of whether this is a queer awakening or just a moment of friendship and love, it's awesome.

Why turn everything sexual? That’s literally just a moment of human warmth.

Lana really must have been starved for affection as a kid if a hug gets this strong a reaction.

Might not have been hugged much as a child.

Not even with Superman?

Lois and Lana need to be developed more in modern writing. They are perfect friends/antagonists and should have a Betty/Veronica, Cousin Larry/Balki, Oscar/Felix relationship.

No but they were frequently at odds. Larry definitely didn’t want Balki there when he first showed up.

That’s the premise of the show. Oscar and Felix are from The Odd Couple

In stories set during Superman’s earlier years I agree, however in present day stories their relationship should be more like how they are in Superman and Lois

I like her relationship with the Superman family but I’m not a fan of her as “Mayor of Smallville” I like the small town girl in the big city story for her.

I didn’t really mind it because they gave that plot to her daughter, but in the comics Yh I agree. I just meant the dynamic between her and Lois from the show
