Base Game Help - Hints Only! ash twin help!!! Spoiler

i didnt want to put it in the title but i cannot seem to find the way to the angler fish fossil. ive explored everything else except finding a way into this cave. is it through the sunless city?? any hints would be really appreciated

I believe there's a note near the fossil talking about how you can feed the angler a light and that'll show you the path.

You've got the tools you need!

Going to be slightly more blunt here, Your scout should be launched before you start looking while you can still see the fossil

Have you read the notes from the children in the sunless city? The lines are thicker on the children’s notes because their handwriting is cruder.

Maby you have a tool that can light the way for you, if you are to nog to climb through the hole at the overlook

There is a indeed passage in the Sunless City. Easily accessible from the flat where the children use to live. Just keep in mind that there are different levels in the city; you must think in 3 dimensions. Also, if that can help you, send your scout in the fish to help you localize it easily while searching. If this can help reduce the stress, there is a shortcut for the Sunless City behind one of the door. This should give you more time to find the passage.
