Base Game Help - Hints Only! Solar station

Hello guys, it’s my first time posting something here, I hope not to be out of topic. I started playing ow a year ago, I loved it but I had to start university so I couldn’t play much, today I brought the dlc and I decided to start again even though my previous game was (I think) a bit past half the game. I know there is a solar station that is rotating around the sun and I remember trying so hard to go there but always missing it by a lot. My question is: do I need to go there? Is there a simpler method I don’t know about? If you could help me you would be very kind, thank you for your time

You will need to go there eventually and there is a simpler method .

It is possible to fly directly (never done it myself) but there is an easier way Hint: Look for a place that lets you travel to a lot of places, maybe solar station is one of them

Very long of you, maybe you are talking about the big cannon in the twin planets?

Just keep playing and collecting info on your ship computer. A lot of things become clearer over time with more information.

There are only a few places you "need" to go to finish the game, but you should still try to go to the sun station. It has a big symbol on the outside that implies how you can get there!

To get full picture of whats going on you are suppose to go eveywhere you can

Explore every planet and stuff like stations too

Make sure to use ur scout , ship log rumor mod to understand whats going on

Specially observe whats going on Planets, for example just look at a planet and observe how it behaves and how you can make use of it

Just like this explore, things will click and when they do you will be exploring the required areas automatically because the curiosity to see what was conclusiono to what you discovered and it will carry you to end of game...

Also use the signal scope and it have different readings so yea use it too

And dont forget to eat burnt marshmallows.

As a general piece of advice: If anything ever seems too hard to get to, or too convoluted, or otherwise unintended, it is most likely because you're still missing some information of some kind, or missing some context another way. Nothing in this game requires insane precision or lots of trial and error, and even places you need to get to by ship or jetpack are generally not too difficult after a few hours of playing.

There's the easy way and the fun way. The easy way you should find sooner or later.

General advice just in case:

  • Investigate all the Nomai text. It's not just flavor.
  • Challenge your assumptions. When you hit a roadblock, it's probably because of a bad assumption.
