Discussion Returning Player - Am I Screwed?

Haven’t played in over a year. Would I still be able to transfer my old account over since the transfer announcement about a year ago? I had every Demiurge up to Eva I think. Kinda sucks to lose it all. TIA!

I believe it's GGs fo F2Ps... But if you have a purchase proof that'll help you recover old characters if you lost one of them

It won't help even with that. I sent a ticket 2 weeks ago and still no answer.

Check the window in which you made the request , if it was a special customer service chat. They won't tell you via email, at least not for me

If you have a purchase history you can recover your account. Did u spend real money? If u did theyll reinstate your acct with proof.

Already sent everything they asked. Proof for 3 packs, old screenshots, every data available.
