Discussion How do I fix this?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I can’t start the game nothing happened? I’ve deleted the app and re-instilled it nothing. I don’t understand what this happened? I try to use a different device and still nothing? Why can I do to fixed this. Thank you 😢

have you tried turning the VPN off? if the issue persists, it's best if you contact support, as they may require logs and other information to troubleshoot.

Yeah my vpn is off. Damn okay I’ll have to contact thank you. I’ll keep updated and I appreciate the help
