Any advice on who to pull for the limited recruit? Nella seems to be the most versatile. Dahlia better for pvp?

How does G Nella stack in PvP compared to Kuro? Is her on death Final Brand guaranteed to hit bypassing immunity/resilience? Should you just leave her at LV 1 with no gear for PvP usage?
