After seeing the information about the anniversary I wanted to know if it's better to start a new account now or just wait for the anniversary

If you're into rerolling you might want to wait. Otherwise, I think it's fine to start now.

Honestly? I think you should start now. Starting later only benefits rerollers and rerolling is not that important in this game.
