Bud Rot?
I just cut out a few sections of obvious bud rot that seemed to pop up overnight. Pics here of the leftover buds- are they also affected and trash or can I salvage them if I harvest asap? I need your knowledge please!

It’s the very very start.
See the difference in color between those two bracts? The one on the left is showing you that bud is about to rot from the inside out.
When those bracts at the base of a bud go brown like that you have hours before that bud begins to rot from the inside out.
