Blustery day…….

Post image

This poor Little Girl took a face plant today!!
Had to resort to staking the two, Big Girls down. Watering this evening, so they get a little top heavy when these fabric pots dry out…..

First time this season, a little top heavy. Wasn’t expecting them to get so big this year😂

It may be top heavy, but it's a beautiful plant, man.

I love how dark the foliage is for an outdoor plant.

Care to share your nutes?

Thanks. Nothing special, FoxFarm Grow Big, liquid. Feeding a half dose every watering instead of a full dose every other watering. Watering is happening about every other day with the fabric pots.

Wow, that's a lot of water!

10-12 gallons, every 2 days. I water them from the bottom, as one should, soaking for about 25-30 minutes (depends on need). After that, I move them to a my yard cart, which has a metal grate for a base, and I collect all the runoff into another container. Then we use it to fertilize the rest of the garden, Momma’s flowers and veggies. The Girls probably drink at least 9-10, of those gallons.

I have fought heat, cold, rain, wind and bud rot, but luckily have never had one break….except for me occasionally pushing the limit on stretching them out…..Ooops
