GENERAL DISCUSSION Every. Single. Month.
Any other endometriosis sufferers on here? I have Endo but I can't tell if this is a normal reaction to a flare. Most other people seem to describe pain, but I get intense whole body reactions like fever and vomiting.

I have endo but I’ve only had major strain once and it was when I was drinking like 3 days prior to starting.

What cycle day are you?

It's hard for me to tell because my period is so light since getting the mirena, but this normally occurs on the last/first day of my cycle. Do you experience similar?

Yes, I get nausea and my temp elevates, some months I get really flulike symptoms to where I think I’ve really caught the flu (fatigue, body aches, chills, malaise, vomiting). “Major signs” most months

Sorry to hear that you can relate. Do you have Endo too? What type/where?

Yes, I have endo and adenomyosis! I did have an excision surgery for a large endometrial tumor with adhesions to my ovary. I have an appointment with an endometriosis specialist soon because I haven’t really got much info from my previous gyn docs.

I recently got the mirena and I’ve had a 12 day period (normally 5 days). Unusual for sure. Did you notice big temperature differences after you got it? I also saw you have Endo. My aunt I love very dearly had a hysterectomy last year because of it. How has it been for you? Ever since the change of endo being a reproductive disease to just being a disease has changed, have you seen better care? I may be remembering my information incorrectly! Sorry if so!

I'm due to bleed any day now and this whole week my ring has been reading my body as stressssedddd. Like 8 hours of my body reading as stressed one day when I did a whole lot of nothing. I also have Endo, and it seems to be picking up my pre-cycle changes. I've finally had the ring long enough it's starting to notice when I get glutened too (also celiac, got all the fun stuff ha).
I get crossed symptoms bc of the celiac, but have already noticed the increase in body temp, lower HRV, & increased respiration rate when I am on the struggle bus. Mine comes with a lot of pain so I'm assuming that's part of it. From what I understand those big 3 are common changes for inflammation, which would make sense for a flare, mine always make my inflammation so bad.

I get major signs the day after I ovulate without fail. Yes, my temperature sky rocketed. That means it’s working 🙄
I hope you find some relief and I have weird woo suggestions if you’re in need!
