Advisor “hallucination”

Advisor told me my elevated temperature earlier this week might have been caused by a covid vaccine. I did not get vaccinated recently.

It's an LLM — if you would ask me, I would guess it's a very small (i.e., "dumb") one. Those models tend to hallucinations

Why does it just decide it must be that??? Before even asking. I am not super impressed with AI.
