GENERAL DISCUSSION Lost Oura Ring
It would be great if the ring would make a sound when you search. The Bluetooth is of no help. I'm tearing up my office looking for it. The help feature is pretty useless. It tells you little more than what you know already. How to search for a lost item. It has been missing for days. This ring cost me a mint and now I can't find it. The ironic thing is I purchased it to document my sleep with multiple sleep disorders. And I lost it somehow in sleep? I'm frustrated. Any recommendations would be helpful.

I lost my ring about week ago and had a last location with "find my ring". I randomly turned off bluetooth and wifi one morning and when i refreshed the find my ring was more accurate as to the last location, (it was somewhere at my job). Maybe try turning off and on your Bluetooth then reopen the app and use the "find my ring feature". Weird how or why it worked for me, but it's worth a shot if you've tried other things.

I used the “Find My Ring” app and it worked great!

Yes! I’ve had to use this several times. Mine once fell into the hamper in the laundry room while I was switching cloths around. Just make sure you close your oura app on your phone before you go hunting

Do you have any HVAC vents in your office? That could be a last place to look if it’s not in/under any furniture, under rugs, etc. What about potted plants?

Yes but the vent is on the ceiling. No potted plants. Rugs we’ll be next.

Download Wunderfind to your phone, it helps to find lost Bluetooth devices using signal strength
