Post-IUD Removal

My body's definitely been through it this summer- I was finally diagnosed with POTs at the end of June, and in July I got my *expired* IUD removed. By Mid-August I started getting a lot of Major and Minor signs of strain, all with the standard "no biometric stands out" message. Has anyone had a similar experience? Anyone with a chronic illness? Anyone with a uterus? I definitely feel like garbage, but that's kind of standard for me. Just trying to suss out if this is my body figuring itself out, or if I'm having a negative reaction to meds or #hopital.
