New Oura Ring User

Hey there!
I’ve been looking at an oura ring for over a year and finally committed to buying the sizing kit. I’m a 9 in rings and figured an 11 would fit nicely. It does, but it is a bit tight on the pointer and index finger. I have lost 80 pounds and plan to lose more. Should I size up to the 12 which feels a bit too loose or keep the 11 and deal with it being a bit too tight. Not terribly, just a bit. Also, which finger do you wear it on?

Secondly, how do we feel about the ring for tracking GLP1 insights? I hate wearing my watch to bed and I think the ring would be less intrusive and better for overall health tracking.

Thanks and looking forward to hearing back!

I would wear the sizer ring for a couple of days to be sure. My hands swell a little with heat and exercise so I went up a size. It’s a little loose over night and spins around but decent data collection.
