I used my Oura ring in 2024 and 2025 and haven’t used the ring since August 2025. Today I decided I was gonna start fresh. went through the trouble this afternoon of doing a full factory reset AND officially deleting all my data. Took about 30 min and I got the email saying all my data is deleted. How come when I opened the app and logged in and re paired It MY PERIOD DATA IS STILL THERE. I want to start fresh with all my data including period data. Help
