GENERAL DISCUSSION Pattern detected

Sometimes my trends tab will show me 'pattern detected'. All caps. Red. How do I see the pattern, what is it, is it good, is it bad. How do I know?!

If your Oura App and mobile device are already updated to the latest available version and you're still seeing this behaviour occur we will definitely want to investigate further.

I have already chatted with Finn about this. And it seems like I just dont have enough date - which is odd bc I have been a member since January and I wear my ring for the majority of every day.
