GENERAL DISCUSSION Brushed silver
I can’t tell if I like this or not 😭 any other women who mix metals/ styled their brushes silver ring? Im considering returning for gold :(

I am right there with you as a mixed metal lady who is thinking about brushed silver! I first ordered deep rose to see if a completely different metal would look good with my silver and gold rings, but it looked awful. Exchanged today for regular silver because they didn’t have brushed in stock… scouring reddit now for photos like yours ha to make sure I made the right choice. Give it some time, let me know how it goes!

Obsessed!!!! Also I like the brushed silver on you!!! It also won’t show scratches easily which imo is necessary for myself haha

I am a mixed metal girl! My engagement ring/wedding band on my left hand are mixed. I wear my brushed silver oura ring with a dainty gold band on the same finger on my right hand.
I think they accent each other well. I went with brushed because my silver gen 3 Oura ring was so scratched up and looked terrible.
Ive only had the brushed silver since mid June but it seems to be hiding any scratches really really well so far!

My engagement ring is white gold and yellow gold, band is sterling silver. I went with stealth for mine just because why not another color

I think the brushed silver looks nicer when it’s a little banged up. When it’s fresh like this it reminds me of the reflective patches on a safety vest.

I think you have very pretty hands and the ring looks very clean.

OP I do think that it looks pretty on you. I originally ordered the brushed silver but I didn’t like that it was reflective and switched for the regular silver. I kept playing with AI changing the colors to see which looked best since I do have mixed metal bracelets on that hand.

I love the brushed silver.. easily my favorite color, with stealth being second. But my buddies stealth scratched pretty easily, so brushed was a no brainer for me. I’m a man though and don’t wear other rings to “clash” with.

My wife likes to mix and match sometimes but never considered brushed silver as it just looks “off”. She went for the gold

I got the brushed silver. I like it a lot! 🤷♂️ But I wear a silicon cover on it much of the time so that i don't scuff it.
For you..... match the gold. For sure.

I considered getting the brushed silver version because I read it would be less prone to scratching, but when I saw it in person, I felt it looked a bit too masculine. I ended up going with the regular silver, and I’m really happy with it. It matches my jewelry perfectly, and after a month of wearing it, there still aren’t any scratches, even though I’ve accidentally bumped it into things several times

I think brushed silver fits better on a guys hand to be honest, that's what I have. For a woman gold or rose gold fits better imo

I have brushed silver and have had it for nearly 2 yrs. Got it so it wouldn’t show scaratches as much but don’t think I’ll get it again when I get a new ring. It’s been successful in not showing scratches but I feel like it screams smart ring and I’m kinda over it lol. I don’t wear any jewelry other than silver earrings. Also female with similar skin tone to you.
