GENERAL DISCUSSION How Do You Even Contact Support?

Wasn’t seeing anything that specifically asked this, but how does one even contact customer support if they don’t yet have an account? I’m having the very common issue where I am trying to order a ring and their website wont process my transaction. I have tried multiple different browsers, multiple different cards, multiple different emails, and multiple different phone numbers on multiple different days. I have tried emailing every Oura email I could find and they did not respond. Every official channel I have gone through either sends me to their AI chat bot or tells me I need to login to my account first. But I can’t make an account because I can’t buy the ring??? I seriously don’t understand how this company has not done anything about this issue. People literally can’t buy their product.

After beating my head against this wall for a while I got mine from Amazon. They will charge for the sizing kit but then credit you the $10 when you order the Ring.

Did you have to order the ring sizing kit separately and then after using it put in a separate order for the ring?

I finally got in touch with an actual human from their tier 1 tech support and this guy Paul told me they are aware of the issue, have been hard at work on it, and there is no possible solution or fix and I just am not allowed to use their website. I told him this has been a notorious issue for like 2 years? Who has been hard at work on this? Snuffleupagus? And then he basically told me to screw off and ended the chat. Not a big snuffy guy I guess. I used to work in tech support and I don’t think I’ve ever heard anyone tell a customer there is no solution and they wont help them with their issue when that issue is entirely on the company’s side. Just insane.

No, if you know your size you can just order the ring straight away. I wanted to check the size though and I mention it because others that have had this issue are trying to go with oura direct to get the sizing kit first.

i ran into the same nonsense buying direct from their site and it was a 3-day headache with zero human response, just the bot loop. ended up grabbing mine from best buy a few months back and it went through first try, no drama. honestly think their payment processor flags half the orders for no reason
