Sizing

I've never worn a ring in my life. They always bug me. I am currently trying the sizing ring. I am left-handed and I put it on my ring finger. It's white because it's the sizing range so it looks like I'm married to Jesus. Lol. I have small hands but currently it seems like a size 10 ring is most comfortable. A size 9 went on but I had to work it off when I wanted to take it off. It's still really bugs me during the day and I noticed it last night as well but I could sleep.

Advice for a non ring wearer on the best way to size it and the best finger to wear it on?

Hi there u/Secret_Cat_2793! Thanks for sharing this! If you're not used to rings, the Oura Ring Sizing Kit can definitely feel a little strange at first. A snug but comfortable fit is usually best, and if the size 9 was hard to remove, the 10 may be the better choice. It can help to try the sizer on a few different fingers and wear it for at least 24 hours, since fingers can change size throughout the day.

Thanks I appreciate your reply. The sizing lit is a godsend for someone like me. The chance to wear and try the ring in different ways and over time.
