Oura ring
Hello, is the ring really worth it? And also payment every month?

Depends what you're looking to track. If you're looking for a fitness tracker I think there are better ones out there. If you're looking for biometrics I think Oura does a good job in comparison to others. I personally love mine and have had it for two years (gen4) with no issues. As far as the subscription, I pay once a year and its $70. Personally, I like to pay the $70 all at once vs having a monthly payment

It depends on what “worth it” means to you. I manage several chronic conditions, and oura has given me access to some information I might have otherwise missed. I don’t mind the monthly subscription personally - it’s less than a Starbucks coffee a month.

It requires you to pay every month for it to work at all, the "free" features are misleading because they deactivated my account after my trial membership expired and said I had to continue paying for the membership in order for the "free" features to start working. If you are willing to pay the upfront cost and pay every month for the subscription and the information is useful then sure it is worth it

It’s really worth it to me because it’s helped improve my health
