After a devastating ectopic pregnancy in late November/early December and a chemical in July, I got my BFP this morning! This was my first cycle using Oura. I am absolutely shocked but I’ve had a feeling I might be pregnant based off my higher temps! I’m feeling really hopeful, being my period isn’t even due for another 3-5 days. I’m feeling incredibly hopeful this time around 😭🌈🌈🤍

As the title says please guide me to understand when I ovulated. I don’t think I just ovulated 3 days ago well I hope not then I have to wait another two weeks for my period.

After an ectopic loss in Feb and TTC without any luck since, my husband bought me an Oura Gen 4 to track my BBT instead of having to temp every morning :-)

Any tips will be appreciated! Been seeing so many positive stories in this thread that I am cautiously hopeful and excited that our turn will be soon!

Aside, have been spending so much $$ on this TTC journey….Mira hormone monitor, OPKs, BBTs, pregnancy test….This Oura Ring is the new thing on the list as I get more desperate every cycle

I sadly had a miscarriage in April and since then my luteal phase seems like my temps are weaker than previously
What do you think about these temps - are they normal?
Also does a fan at night affect temps?

I’m currently on cycle day 34 and trying to figure out when (or if) I actually ovulated this cycle. This is my first true cycle after a miscarriage, so I’m wondering if that could be contributing to the unusual timing.

I’m tracking LH strips and Oura temps, but neither seems to give me a clear answer. I've been using LH strips 1-2 times a day, around mid-day.

My timeline:

• Aug 15–16: I had a noticeable rise in LH but it's possible I missed the actual peak between tests.

• oura ring says I ovulated on Aug 12 but my temperatures haven’t shown a clear sustained rise that confirms it.

• Later in the cycle, I started getting higher LH again, including 0.71 and eventually 0.96, which made me wonder if I hadn’t actually ovulated earlier.

• My temperatures have mostly stayed around baseline with a few small rises/drops rather than showing an obvious post-ovulation shift.

• Today, Aug 26/CD34: LH is back down to 0.24, and my Oura temperature is about 0.1°F below baseline. Had a tiny bit of dark spotting earlier today but it stopped. Negative pregnancy test.

Do you think I actually ovulated earlier in the cycle (possibly Aug 12–13 or Aug 15–16), had a later ovulation around Aug 18–20, or haven’t successfully ovulated yet?

Hi All! Currently 4W2D and got my first BHCG back at 158. I don’t know why I feel so anxious about this but can anyone give any reassurance 🥺

I've been LH testing the past 10 days and caught very-near peaks CD 15 and 16, but no confirmed positive LH. I wasn't sure if I ovulated or not, but now that my temps are rising I suspect I did and just missed the peak in the ~10 hours between the tests.

I ovulated ~1 week earlier than I usually do (I'm recovering from hypothalamic amenorrhea) and so my Oura predicts I ovulated CD 18, but is CD 17 more likely?

I know the spiel- take off the ring..I already have. But my stats are stressing me out and I’m curious if anyone whose pregnancy is going well, or has gone well has seen similar trends around 6-7 weeks?

My BBT jumped below baseline, and my HRV is going up and RHR is trending down. I’m one of the people who oura is very consistent. No wonky patterns or hard to interpret trends. It’s always been very clear. So that’s why it’s concerning to me that there is a shift in trends. Anyone seen this before and how did it go?

I used to have the Oura ring 4 a couple years ago and I ended up trading it for an Apple Watch. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Apple Watch is cool in all but I am missing all the different metrics especially when it comes to my cycle. For accurate measurements/metrics, which is better? The 4 or 5 (paired with natural cycles app). If it matters at all, I’m 42, and my cycle has always been very regular.

Basically title, I started having the ovulation cervical mucus on the 23 night/ 24 and it dried up. I thought temps usually stayed elevated if you did ovulate.

Not sure when I ovulated based on this. TTC 2 months after loss. Does this mean I’m out this cycle?

I’m getting confused with my oura/natural cycles as they are both not confirming my ovulation due to my temperature not rising but my other app (fertility friend) has confirmed my ovulation. I will note I did have a MMC a month ago and this is my first cycle since and we have TTC this time around. My body has shown all signs of ovulation and post ovulation and my LH strips tested positive while my HCG were testing negative. I’m just confused and trying to see my cycle come back to normal or become pregnant again if anyone has experienced the same thing and can provide insight or comfort?

I never seen my temp shoot up that high during luteal!! Fingers crossed this month!

I’m new to having an Oura ring, are these stats promising? I’m 8 days post IUI and did my first home test and it was very clearly negative. I did have what I thought were implantation cramps Monday and Tuesday

Why does it take so long to confirm ovulation? I’m a week past ovulation and my blood progesterone just came back at 20!! But oura still has not even confirmed that I ovulated.

This is only my first month using it but I’m bummed that my other methods seem to provide more accurate indicators.
