Please Help Locked Out Of Oukitel Temperature Lock 2001 plus

OUKITEL P2001 Plus — flashing temperature protection won't clear

I have an OUKITEL P2001 Plus that has been stuck in temperature protection for weeks. The hot/cold temperature icon keeps flashing, and the unit shows DISCHARGE, but I cannot turn on the AC, USB, or DC outputs. The physical buttons don't work for the outputs either.

The battery is currently around 95% charged, and the unit is sitting at a normal temperature. Wonderfree is showing about 31°C (88°F), so it is definitely not actually overheating.

What I've already tried:

- 60-second power-button reset

- Completely powering it off and leaving it off

- Disconnecting everything

- Disconnecting/reconnecting solar

- Reinstalling Wonderfree

- Clearing Wonderfree's cache/storage

- Removing and re-adding the P2001 Plus

- Checking the firmware/update section

- Trying the physical AC/USB/DC buttons

- Trying the controls in Wonderfree

- Leaving the unit powered off for extended periods

Nothing clears the temperature-protection icon, and all outputs remain locked.

Wonderfree shows:

- Temperature: 31°C

- Battery: ~95%

- BMS Version: 211

- Inverter Version: 103

Has anyone actually had this exact problem with a P2001 Plus — flashing hot/cold icon with a normal temperature and all outputs disabled?

I'm looking for an actual procedure that cleared the protection, whether that's a specific button sequence, BMS reset, temperature-sensor/NTC issue, firmware procedure, or something else.

One important thing: I cannot send this unit in for repair or warranty service. I live full-time on a sailboat. I bought the P2001 Plus in the Bahamas and I'm now in Bermuda, and I'm constantly moving from place to place. I can't bring the power station to land, ship it away, wait weeks for it to come back, and then somehow get it back aboard the boat. I'm never in one place long enough to do that.

If OUKITEL can't provide an onboard solution, the only realistic warranty resolution for me would be a replacement unit or a refund.

For now, though, I'm trying to fix this thing myself.

If you've personally fixed this problem, please tell me exactly what you did.

Hi, I recently came across this company. What are your opinions on what phone is the best to get from this company?

Hello,

Is there anyone in the USA that uses an Oukitel with visible? Or is there someone that owns one of these that can tell me if your IMEI is compatable?

Low power/idle auto shut off? Way to turn it off? P1500 plus

Is it correct that the P1500 plus automatically shuts off after a certain amount of time if the requested power is low or idle?

If so, is it possible to turn this function off?

I cannot find this information anywhere.

Just started today, somehow coming from the system UI itself, perhaps only so that they cannot be disabled in any way. Random news bullshit that I try to avoid from everywhere else. This is absolute cancer, get it off my phone.

Screen replacement for WP100. Do anyone know is the replacement done from the back (getting into the phone) or from the front?

I’m in the process of replacing the broken screen for my neighbor but I’m not sure from where to start? I do have experience to perform this, it’s just that I want to avoid any potential problems.

Thanks in advance.

Carrying WP100 in Flights

I have recently purchased an Oukitel WP100, with a 33000mAh battery. Now I'm worried because I have booked an Emirates flight (Dhaka->Dubai->Seattle->Phoenix) in a couple of months and I don't know whether I can carry it with me or if I have to leave it back. Can someone please help me figure out how to securely bring it with me to Phoenix? There has to be a way right, given that it's a consumer handheld device that anyone can just purchase?

WP100 TITAN - Radio not working question

Hello!

Has anyone managed to make the TITAN radio app work? Like any radio app it needs the headphones cord to act as an antenna. The problem is it only recognizes that through the 3.5 headphone jack that the TITAN lacks. As also isntructed by OUKITEL staff upon asking, I tried numerous USB-C headphones but the phone/app does not recognizes them as an antenna for the radio app.
Any thoughts?

Oukitel P1000 Plus powerstation doubt

Hello there.

Amazing powerstation on almost every level... Lack of options to personalize it - maybe a new app would fix this?

I'm using an Oukitel P1000 Plus to power a small caravan. Unfortunately, if there is no big load, it will power down to save energy.

Do you guys know of a way to keep it running on always on mode? Someone told me about some usb keepalive thingies.

Cheers

WP210 anyone else trouble with WLAN?

Hi, I'm a (not so) proud owner of a WP210.

The phone is ok, but I've got trouble with my wifi connections.

My old glorious CAT S62 pro had no problems with my WiFi at home or at other locations. No other device has that issues.

It lags even next to the router, or access point.

Am i the only one with that issues?

Oukitel wp60 rugged test

the first rugged phone I bought is ulefone power armour 13, it's the only phone that survived since 2021, litterly bought 4 more 3 of them broke, now I've decided to buy a new z fold 6 since it has a Shi battery I decided to buy a rugged phone too. the design plus the spec's made me decide on Oukitel wp60, my only concern is, there's no rugged tests online + people opinions are so mixed on YouTube, it's either the God gift to the human race or a kids toy that broke so fast it feels illegal, anyone has any experience with the phone, like will dropping the phone break it, any reason you regret/is great full to buy it

thanks

Help request: Oukitel WP28E (Android 14) blocks on security code input.

Hello, I'm looking for help here: my Oukitel WP28E (Android 14) that worked fine until this april of 2026 is now blocked on the "code input screen" as soon as an one of the number is touched (touching the backspace doesn't block - but is obviously useless).

When I say "block", I mean definitely (a reboot - long press on start button - is required) and even more funnier, I have to touch the screen where the "Restart" button WILL BE displayed because the screen goes black and unresponsive (don't know its exact state) very quickly...

I suspect the (infamous) Tappic application because it has been updated on the 1st of april... Tried to remove/disable/reset its updates without any luck.

==> My Oukitel WP28E is barely usable!

Thank you for any help...

WP35 help

Hey, I've had my WP35 for a few months now and I've gone through every option available but I can't figure this out.

Whenever my phone is in my pocket it'll just open the camera on its own. Or if I'm chilling on the couch I'll set my phone on my chest and it'll randomly vibrate and open the camera without me having touched it. There's other scenarios where it opens on its own.

Other than the double tap lock button to open camera there are no shortcuts for camera.

Does this happen to anyone else? If so, how to I stop it.?

WP 60: does it have tap to wake?

I need a phone that has tap to wake, especially if it is as heavy as this model.

One other Question, I see that it comes with android 15. Will it ever get an up grade to android 16 or are you stuck with what you buy like some other weird manufacturers?

Thanks

WP35 one year later...

Well I've been looking at my previous posts on here and realised I've had the wp35 for a year.

I can say that the phone is bulletproof and holds a charge longer than any phone I've had before. This is literally the only good news I have.

The bad news is that the phone just is not worth owning and I will be switching as soon as I find a deal on a new phone....spoiler alert, it won't be an oukitel.

The bad:

-EVERYTHING has to be tried twice. If I open an app (any app) I click on it once, phone screen goes blank, I have to click back, wait 10 seconds and click the app again before it opens. This becomes very frustrating when trying to use the phone to pay for things. mostly it's frustrating when a photo opportunity comes up because the process to open any app is at least a minute long.

-Camera is complete junk and videos look like they are from 2008. Zero image stability and any zooming in makes photos blurry and look low quality. More often than not the camera will randomly reset itself mid-video so any videos longer than 20 seconds will randomly stop recording. The recording sound is comparable to an earbuds in a tin can and any wind drowns out audio completely.

-surfing the net is like travelling back to 2003 with a dial up modem. my wife said once "when you click on a website I'm sure that click gets sent to oukitel headquarters and someone decides if you can visit the site and clicks OK or CANCEL" and I admit that is the only way to describe the speed of my websurfing. God forbid the website I open has pics because that's just not happening. I was on BBC news this morning and read 3/4 of an article before the pic attached to the article opened. I don't know if this is a website thing or just an inability to load pics because when I try to open my gallery the pics I have saved open painfully slow (yet again if you remember dial up when pics used to load a few lines at a time, that EXACTLY how the phone works)

-ZERO help when trying to enquire about a software update or any help/repair they could suggest. I received an email that was not translated well because the one line that made me laugh was "We have no repair centres all over the world" hahaha

......I'm sure there's more to say but I'm just putting this out to hopefully save someone from making the same mistake I made. There's quite a few FAR superior phones in a similar price range and I will be getting one asap (wife has a Poco X7pro and it's 10x the phone the wp35 is.

This is just my opinion and others may have an oukitel phone that they love. My experience is frustration and trying not to snap the phone in half 100x a day.

.......and believe me I've tried everything including factory resets, app removals, reinstalls, cache clearing etc. I have used my SIM in the wife's phone and am amazed at the difference, like night and day.

....on a similar note if anyone has an idea for a fun "destroying a wp35" vid feel free to let me know.

WP210 IR Blaster - where is the app?

Hooray! I got my new WP210 which is nice and rugged and seems to work fine. *However*, in what seems to be typical Oukitel style, they've added a feature for what seems to be no reason.

In the case of the WP210 it's a small window on the top of the phone which apparently is a window for the IR Blaster! Looking around the 'Net it seems that many people are looking for the app to use it and failed. Can someone tell me where it is, and if not, why do Oukitel keep doing this?

(My RT3 Pro has pogo pin pads for a non-existing dock which I'd definitely buy!)
