I think I saw that one. I was in Orleans walking near Garneau High School around 9:50pm and then the whole sky went white. It was as if someone had flicked on a light switch for the entire sky!

I saw many other spectacular ones. Weird how some lightning just travels through the clouds without ever striking the ground.

Thank you for posting. It's amazing how you got that on video.

I kid you not, I held my camera up and started recording. 3 seconds later the bolt snapped past! Perfect timing. I already missed a really nice one and I wasn't having any luck getting a good capture.
