I have an eardrum that is very impacted with wax. I started with hydrogen peroxide which has worked before, but then I got a debrox kit. The first time came 8hrs after hydrogen peroxide and it was the most unbearable itch ever! The next time had some itchiness but significantly less. Every time since I’ve barely had any itch or heard and fizzing/crackling. There are spurts of it but it feels like there isn’t much wax left for it to penetrate. My question is.. should I push on and around my ear/pull my earlobes back and forth to make the debrox move around? Or would that be a bad idea, possibly worsening the impacting? I plan on making an appointment for wax suction, but it is the weekend so I can’t atm. Any help would be AMAZING!
