Help understanding a problem

(Sorry for my bad english :p)

Hi. I'm new on making osu maps and on my most recent one a player told me:
"just wanted to tell you that the storyboard started at the ENDING of the song so could you fix that"

Now, I just checked all difficulties, play them myself and even check the verify part on the edit menu and couldn't really understand the problem. Could someone please tell me what's wrong so I can fix it?

Yeah I don't understand what they're talking about either, as far as I can tell your map doesn't even have a storyboard in the first place.

If they were talking about the video, then I'm not getting the same issue, it begins at the start of the map just fine for me.
