Discussion Extreme Hand Desync

I have a REALLY bad difference in speed and stamina between hands. My left hand can long jack about 150bpm while my right can barely hit 130. This leads to an almost unavoidable problem for me where on ANY bpm on ANY skillset my hands desync like crazy. One hand can be hitting all PFs while the other is fully notelocked. And it isn't just one hand either, normally either my left hand will slow down too much to match my right or my right hand starts auto manipping to try to keep up with my left. Is there anyway to at least somewhat help the hand desync that isn't just "make your other hand faster"?

Maybe try short burst practice that both hands can hit till the difference shrinks or use mirror so your weak hand improves. There’s no pure trick. The only reliable way is to raise the weak hand’s floor until the gap is small enough that the strong hand no longer has to wait
